Pershore Embroiderers

On Saturday I had the pleasure of teaching a workshop for Pershore Embroiderers, a really lovely group.
We met at Defford Village hall, a new purpose built, Eco building.
Here's the view we had on a rare, sunny day.

We spent a happy day making sure the local pixies were well shod.

I was really pleased with the results and I'd like to thank P.E. for making me so welcome! See you all again soon.

I love these .... I love making pixie shoes too ...we have pixies down here in Cornwall ...only here they are called Cornish piskies . Yes its spelt a bit different . Tis said that should you find yourself lost in the mizzle (mist/fog), you should take your jacket off and put it back on inside out or risk getting " piskieladen " !

Thank you Daisy! How lucky you are to live in enchanted Cornwall.
We are frequent visitors to Kernow and yes, I always wear my jacket inside out . . Just in case! X

I've made a few of these myself from instructions in an article of yours in Stitch magazine, and I just love them.
